Annual preventive physical exam

This include extensive exams, screening for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, electrolytes, liver/kidney function, urine test, mammogram, pap test, osteoporosis, or STDs for some selected patients. We may refer to specialist/radiology for indicated screening tests such as colonoscopy, mammogram, CT of lung if needed
